Jacques’ exhibition practice explores imagined, speculative futures and digital worlds through New Media and Moving Images. While basing many of his themes on Science Fiction tropes, Jacques embeds a level of realism and pragmatism that grounds these advanced and digital worlds in the now, reflecting on our current and future relationship with technology.
He utilises 3D modelling, animation, film, robotics and installation to create small worlds of disconcerting but familiar futures within the gallery space.
